So based on the fundamental principles of design, Peter and I (Leo) made sure that this home design would make someone feel at home. We did so by providing just enough space as possible, but not too much, where it is most needed just in case of home held get together events or family reunions. We noticed that people find this to be a big problem when it comes to these situations because of the common lack of space within the areas where people should most feel welcomed. So we provided not only an expanded living room for guests but as well as an expanded diner and kitchen. Another problem a lot of people face when inviting over guests is the heavy use of the bathroom. So we decided to add two public bathrooms one on top across the stairs and one by the family area for those in a rush. Everywhere else around the house though besides the expanded rooms we decided to minimize the spaces between all other rooms to make things quick from here to there. So we made sure that we could provide necessary rooms to be within a reachable walking distance. Guest bathroom near expanded rooms, storage closet next to bath 1, stairways by closet and laundry room across them three by the entrance of the home. Then the first and guest bedroom is only right down the hall in case its needed. It is easily accessible and includes its own complete bathroom for human privacy and convenience. The garage is as follows attached to the side of the house and easily accessible as well. On top we included child's room and the main bedroom. Right by stairs are a closet and boiler room. Across them there is the bath 2, with patio right by and child's room left side with its own private bath. The main bedroom is by boiler room and patio with sliding door. It is meant to be luxurious. It includes a secret hidden roof top access, a walk in closet with two openings on each side, and its own private luxurious walk-in bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a toilet room. Also its own patio. Peter was in charge of interior design (props & paint) and I (Leo) did the exterior of home (design of home).
