Here's another little ranch. Built in 1987, This one's a little bit bigger than the last one I uploaded. This one's also based on a real house, not in the same neighborhood as the last one but close. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus vaulted ceilings in the living room, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room that I'm pretty sure was a garage on the real house. Approximately 1,365 sqft. All SketchUp Components, I edited most of them a little though. This house took HOURS to make, the hardest part was the cutesy trim on the front and after that the shutters. I also made the window in the kitchen.
