This is a launcher designed to use gunpowder-type propulsion (think Chinese firework style) for launching multiple large missiles at a target - when I designed it I was thinking dragons for the world this is designed for. I would do a number on siege towers as well.
It has about 280 degree vertical swivel and full 360 degree horizontal turn radius. It is manually positioned vertically using the front bar. Missles/Arrows are loaded through the rear of the launcher. A large blast plate is in place in the drawing and serves as pad for the missiles to launch from.
