This is a fictional model of a cutting-edge tech fighter jet. I think that a second "Phantom" should be worthy of the name, considering that the F-4 was one of the greatest American fighters of all time. The key feature of this fighter is the unconventional back, whick instead of having a nozzel, has a series of heat and sound emliminating "doors", to make the aircraft super stealthy.
