The GE Building is 70-story art deco skyscraper, that is at the center of Rockefeller Center. The building was completed in 1933 and was named the RCA Building. The building rises 850 feet above street level and features a popular observation deck named, Top of the Rock. It offers the best panoramic views of the city with views of the Empire State Building, both rivers, Central Park, the other boroughs and New Jersey. NBC Studios is also housed in this building where television shows are filmed, such as: The Today Show, MSNBC, Dr. Oz and Saturday Night Live.
