This model is a replica of the iconic 14 inches monitor from Commodore, which was used with Amiga computers, the great little computers from the end of the 80's.
It is a variation from the 1081 monitor also from that collection. I have made 2 versions, with the ultra-famous Lemmings game, or Wings!, one of my all time favorite Amiga game with LotusII !
