An all-dimensional lumber, balloon framed hooch. This hooch features a water catchment roof, suspended bamboo water storage (not shown), a totally sceened in master bedroom, 120 volt wiring and lighting (from the main house). Built this past winter in St. John, the complete pre-fab structural components were made in St. Thomas, brought over on the car ferry (in two installments), and re-built on site (over a two week period).
