The Delta Satelite is an orbital bombing weapon made by the Doome Empire. Normally, 4 are sent down to orbit the planet in a tetrahedronal shape. They then release a powerful EMP which permanently destroy technology and ends all brain functions. This weapon destroys all unprotected life, and in order to be protected, you have to be encased in a block of radioactivity absorbing material, with at least 10m thick walls.
