An easy to build, circle cutting jig for a bandsaw. I designed this to cut circular disks from 3/4" plywood. The disks will be used to make the drum for a thickness sander. I need about 25 5" diameter disks. I will cut 25 5 1/4" disks from 3/4" plywood. Then I will drill a 1" hole into the center of each square. I will place the jig into the miter rail on the bandsaw and put the square onto the 1" dowell plug. Then, slide the jig into place as the bandsaw starts the cut. Then I will turn the square until the circular disk is cut.
