If distance between plates is small compared to area of plate capacitor, the field outside the capacitor may be neglected and inside may be considered uniform. This field acts on electrons inside of conductor, which passes through holes in the canters of palates. Electrons accelerate in direction, opposite to the applied voltage. In normal conductor due to dissipation of charges, electrons are gathering near the holes creating space charge, which is shielding field of capacitor. No current in conductor is observed. But if conductor is made of superconducting material, electrons inside of capacitor acquire much more kinetic energy, than is magnitude of small potential barrier, which exists across the holes, and continue travel outside the capacitor creating current or voltage in conductor, which can be used to power useful load. #energy #generator
