US Bank Plaza (Boise)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The US Bank Plaza is a highrise skyscraper located in Boise, Idaho and is, at the moment, the tallest building in the state of Idaho. Completed in 1978 and renovated in 2004, it rises 81 meters (267 ft) spanning 20 floors. It was originally built as the headquarters of the Idaho First National Bank, which later became West One Bank, and finally U.S. Bank. In 2000, the building was purchased by the property development firm Unico.
The 3D model of downtown Boise was created to help developers, planners and the public visualize the city’s future. The model is built and maintained by Visual Genesis (www.VisualGenesis.com) for Capital City Development Corporation. CCDC is an independent public development agency serving as a catalyst for quality private development through urban design, economic development and infrastructure investment with a goal of “building vitality in Boise’s downtown.” #Boise #CCDC #Idaho #US_Bank #Visual_Genesis
