Seven apartments, each one featuring three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living/dinning area, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry and a storage. On the ground floor, the main and service entances, the janitor’s apartment and parking space.
Custom-made built-in furnitures and closets, materials and tecnics available at the time, with colors and shapes that reflects the taste of them, give to the building their particular features.
