This is a "Legend PRO SERIES Power Cage" (https://www.ironcompany.com/pro-series-power-cage). This model was originally made by Preston Meineke, I just added a couple of components to make it a more accurate representation of this specific product. I personally use these exact squat racks all the time and I'm convinced they're the best squat rack out there. So versatile!
