This is a design for a luxury house. Sea Cliff is located on the California coast. It is built facing west, with two levels. A swimming pool sits along the south veranda, which connects to a tower. This structure is based on that of the original Sea Cliff, which was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in the 1940s for a hill near San Francisco. It was never built. The tower is made of solid concrete with lights in the yellow glass section. The street front is faced with a fountain and Zen garden; the formal rooms are upstairs, while the bedrooms and kitchen are downstairs. All of these rooms are divided by movable screens. (Except the bathrooms. Of course.)
