World One is a skyscraper project to be built in Mumbai, India. The building is approximately 450m high, built on an area of about 69,000 m², total investment of about $ 446 million. It will be planted in Upper Worli of Mumbai on the land of an inefficient textile company. Lodha Group purchased the plot for INR250 crore (US $ 39 million). The project will have 300 luxurious rooms with 3 - 4 bedrooms including World Residences and World Villas, plus private swimming pool, spa and Some duplex apartments. The project will be completed in 2014, at completion will be the second largest residential tower in the world. The complex consists of three buildings, with commercial centers at the top and bottom, international standard office towers and apartments. Wide open spaces, including a sports club.
