A model of World Trade Center that was destroyed on September 11th 2001. Including One WTC (completed in 1972), Two WTC (completed in 1972) and Marriott Hotel (1981). It was USA:s 2nd tallest building (after Chicago's Sears Tower) before it was destroyed.
The twin towers had 110 floors each and the tallest of them, One WTC, was 526.3 m tall to the top of the spire. The roof height was 417 m and 415.3 m for 2 WTC. The towers had an area of 400,000 m² each. The Marriott hotel was 74m tall and had 24 floors. I made this 3D model as a tribute to the towers, and so people can get an idea of how huge the complex was.
