Books
A book is a set of printed or manuscript prints of the same size, bound together in a certain order and enclosed by a cover. The book, used to capture information or even for fun, is the most widespread vehicle of knowledge. The scope of printed works including books is called literature. Books are literary works, and sometimes the same work is divided into several books (or volumes). In the library and information science a book is called monograph, to distinguish it from periodicals as magazines, bulletins or newspapers. A shop that sells books is called a bookstore, a term that in Italian also indicates the furniture used to hold books. The library is the place used to store and consult books. Google estimated that approximately 130 million different titles were printed in 2010. In some countries richer in printed books, there is the use of electronic books or e-books. #books
