This is a model for a large wooden spice rack capable of holding around 48 standard spice bottles (e.g. the ones sold by Schwartz). It is made from 6mm thick MDF and 3mm thick perspex, which can be bought from most DIY stores. I ahven't specified where the hinges or handles go, you have a free choice on that. I'd suggest using magnetic clips to keep the doors fastened. You can get the dimensions of the various pieces you need from the model.
