With a height of 1,380 feet (420.5 m), containing a hotel and 128 rental apartments,[1] it will become one of the tallest buildings in the United States, as well as the tallest building in New York City to the roof, surpassing both the new and old World Trade Center buildings, and second tallest in total height behind One World Trade Center. The site became one of New York's most valuable development sites[4] due to its location in the heart of the city. With an estimated cost of of US$1 billion, the building's amenities will include 12 ft (3.7 m) high ceilings, golf training facilities, and private dining and screening rooms #park_avenue_432
