clt (or timber frame) hemp & lime construction modern house with flat roof. hemplime is to exterior of clt. Some interior also hemp/lime and tadelakt. NOT perfect. Depths of clt/hemp/internal or external coats not shown, but approximated at 550mm wall depth, allowing for 90-140mm clt/timber. 300mm floors. Would build with medeek (http://www.medeek.com) but am presently poor ( :).
edit: hidden gutter + a specialist hydrophobic lime-based render for flat roof allows an overhang to be eliminated.*
