Version no.2 of my garden shed / office onto existing 12 x 8ft concrete base in cross laminated timber with cork exterior with (entirely theoretical) joins used in the clt.
ps. forgot to say, this is just a test (clt is a bit overkill).
will be attempting to redo in 18mm ply 1220x2440 sheets (nightmare)
