This is a decorative modular building intended as part of a shopping plaza. The building consists of a center unit, 2 center side units, and 4 small commercial units. The 4 small commercial units are identical being made of a single component which can be replicated to create a building of any length. This building is intended to have some form of end-cap placed at the very ends to cap off the commercial units and and complete the railings for the upper levels. I have not created the end-cap components yet.
Each commercial suite consists of a main front room, and a back staff only area consisting of a spare room or office space, warehouse space and a staff bathroom area. Each suite features a back door accessing the suite only from the back of the building and the first floor suits each feature an opening for a warehouse door.
Access to the upper floors is done via the center rotunda. The roof area is intended as a public garden or park like area with the HVAC units for the suits being enclosed in a chain link fence to restrict access. The edges of the walk areas are lined with a planter where additional plants can be planted to provide additional color to the building. Roof coverings are covered with solar shingles to provide some shelter from rain over the walk areas and to generate electricity for the building during sunny days.
