The condiment caddy is found in nearly every restaurant in Thailand and many homes.
Standard issue is Palm Sugar (sweet), Fish Sauce (salty), peppered vinegar (sour) and red chili flakes (hot)
Much like Western salt and pepper shakers, in the East these are on most tables.
