Midtown Phoenix's most prominent mixed use project, Phoenix City Square, which consists of three main office buildings and a Hilton Garden Inn. The three office buildings include: the 4000 Building, 24 floors, completed in 1964, the 3838 Building, 20 floors, completed in 1971, and the 3800 Building, 17 stories, completed in 1962. The 3800 building was renovated in 1989, giving it a much more modern look than the other two towers.
