Description:at 178m tall with a half block footprint the Mid Continental plaza stands as one of the largest buildings in Chicago. Located between the Art Institute of Chicago and a major part of the elevated train system had made Mid Continental plaza a hot piece of real estate. Currently the top 15 floors are undergoing conversions to become residences. The new development is called Park Monroe and provides breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and much of the city.
