Percy is the junior member of the Steam Team. He is a happy little engine puffing around the yard with no particular desire for adventure in the world outside. He is always keen to oblige, a face of which the other engines sometimes take advantage.
Percy is known as the NWR's No. 6, he tends to tag along with Thomas from time to time. Always carries gadgets like guns or time machines stored inside of him. In a similar fashion to Stewie Griffin from Family Guy, Percy always threatens for cartoon domination. He usually tends to carry the local mail train around the many lines of the NWR.
He is based on the GWR Class SS 0-4-0ST with 1361 bunker of which his hybrids are surviving examples.
