I did not come up with this design, but have tried to present it clearly. ... It's probably the best possible shape & size for a 1-sheet boat, it's about 9' 6" (standard ply is 4x8). ... Check all layers, I have tried to clearly show the steps to build the boat. ... The bonding of fiberglass tape along the seams must be done well in order for this boat to have the strength it needs. ... There are a few other websites where you can find pictures of these boats in use.
