Opened in 2000, the Yoke's Fresh Market in Mead (a small suburb located north of Spokane) was the first Yoke's to be built based on the employee-owned company's new "Fresh Market" store concept. Being the only main grocery store within a 2.5 mile radius, Yoke's Fresh Market serves the communities of Mead and Colbert as a community gathering spot with a small town feel.
