He is possibly the Monitor of the Ark. Medicant Bias was the most advance Forerunner AI ever made. His main purpos was to cambat the Flood and study the Floods compound mind. He began his sevice around 100,000 B.C. Medicant Bias started to go rampant, The Gravemind was able to contact Bias and convince him to betray the forerunners. The Forerunners had no choice but to make an oppisit version of him. This AI was named offencive Bias. He was desind to calm down Medicant’s Rampancy. In the end he was destroyed with the Ark in the year 2553.
