This is a conceptual 3D model of a multi-story urban shopping mall designed for a high-footfall commercial zone. The model focuses on spatial flow, functional zoning, and visual connectivity across retail, entertainment, and dining areas. It includes:
Basement & Ground Floor: Parking area, loading/unloading zones, service entry
Ground & First Floors: Anchor stores, branded outlets, and kiosks
Second Floor: Multiplex, food court, and fine dining restaurants
Terrace Level: Open seating area, landscape elements, and solar panels
Core Features: Escalators, elevators, atrium space, skylights, and ventilation shafts
Materials Used: Glass façade, aluminum cladding, granite flooring, wooden panels in interiors
Lighting: Daylight optimization through skylights and façade fenestrations
Landscape: Green belts, planters, water features at entrance and terrace level
