My first Sketchup model. This is an example of regional bungalow style, built by the thousands through the mid-1920s in the then-booming neighborhoods at the edge of the city of Buffalo, New York -- Kensington, Delavan-Bailey, Schiller Park, Pine Hill, Riverside, Kenmore, and South Buffalo. Many of those bungalows haven't aged well, due to harsh Buffalo winters and insensitive updates. Bungalows in East Side neighborhoods also experienced the impacts of residential succession and housing filtering to lower income groups.
This model is made with zoning and form-based code illustration in mind. The interior is basic; just floors, walls, door openings, and stairs.
