Located on the edge of historic Lower Downtown Denver, Writer Square is a mixed use development which offers a pedestrian connection between the 16th Street mall and Larimer Square. There is an 11 story office tower as well as a 5 story residentail building. There are many townhome-like units as well located above the retail base of the building. Model created by Mason Thrall.
