A Sears Dealer Store, an example of the type of stores owned and run by Sears, Roebuck & Co. (or Sears Canada [originally Simpsons-Sears] in Canada) in small towns for decades, whose merchandise differed from their full-size department stores in that their stock, due to those stores' smaller size, was limited to appliances, furniture and electronics, along with a catalogue desk for ordering items not sold in the Dealer Stores themselves.
This store makes use of the Sears logo supplied by BOTModels, with doors and windows by SketchUp.
