this is the Combine citadel from the game Half life 2. this is where the seat of the government is and it is also the main Combine stronghold in City 17. i added the ravine that came into play in half life 2: episode 1 although i havent added the vortex to the upper part, im sure someone might do that. i did not make the citadel, i just made the base and the ravine, just to get that clear. #Citadel #City_17 #combine #half_life_2
