In Estonia you may built this house without building permission and without building project. But you still have to notice local government. This house is with 20m2 foundation and the height is less than 5m (legal restrictions). It has 150mm insulation in the walls and in the roof and 100mm insulation under the floor. I think this is optimal house for single people who want to have a cheap house and is ok with climbing to the bed each night... I hope you like it and this might be inspiration to you! :)
