This is the land for Nyaya Health telemedicine plot, Site A. Note the green area is the available land. The land slopes downward slightly at approximately 2 degrees grade. it is terraced for farming, though minimally so. The Clinic is drawn in as an indication of its direction; it is off the screen. Both water channels (repesented as strong and light blue) are low flow channels.
The water channel represented as light blue was diverted by local people, in order to surround the rice filed and be used for irrigation. The road department land is localized from 1.5 to 2.0 m above water channel (light blue). From the rice field there is clear view to Balphata and the clinic.

The clinic and telecomm sites are in Sanfe (Siddeswor VDC); note the abandoned hospital site is in the Ridikot VDC. The District Hospital (only other doctor for the district) is in Mangalsen, about 5-6 hours away by foot/tractor/jeep.
