Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences is a 103 floor supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, UAE. The tower is expected to rise 557 m / 1,827 ft and will surpass New York City's Central Park Tower as the Tallest Residential Building in the World, along with the proposed Triumph Tower in Balneario Camboriu, Brazil, and several other residential towers under construction in Dubai. The tower is being developed by Binghatti and the watch making company, Jacob & Co.
