US forces captured this aircraft from the Germans and later used it as a squadron hack. The Leo 451 was a bomber used by France in the French Air Force during and after World War II. The aircraft's first flight was in 1937. Initially powered by two Hispano-Suiza 14AA engines, these were replaced by the Gnome et Rhône 14N engine in 1938 due to its unreliability. The aircraft's defensive armament consisted of two MAC 34 machine guns, one mounted in the nose of the aircraft and the other in the retractable cupola, and a 20 mm Hispano-Suiza cannon at the rear of the aircraft. After the surrender of France, the Leo 451s were sent to the French colonies in North Africa. Several Leo 451s were used by Germany and Italy. The aircraft was withdrawn from active service with the French Air Force in 1957. Plane with interior and crew. You can retract the landing gear with the hidden geometry.
