The Piraeus Building by German Architects Hans Kollhoff & Christian Rapp is 1 of the most succesfull examples of urban renewal in the Netherlands. It was one of the fist buildings on the 'KNSM-island', a former part of the Amsterdam harbour which had long been abandoned (except by a bunch of citynomads), and is now considered 2 be the place 2 be.
