8’ 6” x 24’ Tiny House Trailer Frame Only with 16” center cross beams

All top rails should be even and flat… it’s a little off. My first try with Sketchup :-) Still learning the software (LOVE IT!) Wide metal flanges on each side provide a large area for bolting the tiny house to the frame. A tongue jack is intentionally missing as many people need to have the jack in different areas. There are 4 leveling jacks attached to the 4 corners of the frame. These are nearly mandatory in my mind for proper placement leveling of a tiny home. They do not have to be attached but I like having an “all in one” solution. The cross rails or beams are on 16” centers and are w2" x h3” …after looking at tons of Tiny Houses and frames… this is the one I’m going with. Now for quotes :-) Hope it helps in your quest for a “Tiny Life” and tiny home living. Peace & Blessings~!
