Excavation & piping arrangement required to connect a diversion to an existing gas pipeline. The model shows the works prior to the welding in of the new diversion pipeline using a 150mm bypass pipe for continunity of gas flow through the 250mm existing pipeline. The excavation is protected with safety panels & Heras fencing taken from models curtesy of 3D Warehouse. The model also shows best practise of providing steps at each end of the excavation for rapid egress in the event of fire/explosion during this potentially dangerous operation. #Pipeline_Operations
