Single cell
1.) Each cell is surrounded by a cellulose cell wall
2.) Protoplast show the typical myxophycaen structure i.e -inner cellulose centroplasm and outer pigmented chromoplasm. In the chromoplasm are arranged pigment proteinaceous cyanophycian granules and cynopycian starch granules while in centeroplasm is present the incipent nucleus
