The Moldy Crow is a spaceship from the expanded Star Wars universe that first appeared in the 1995 first-person shooter game "Dark Forces," and the 1997 sequel "Dark Forces II." The ship was used by the defected Imperial stormtrooper, turned rebel spy, Kyle Katarn, along with his associate Jan Ors on their missions. The ship is a modified Correllian Engineering HWK-290, Hawk-series transport, classified both as a light freighter and a heavy fighter. Given its small size the latter classification seems more appropriate as the ship has little cargo space. The ship was equipped with four pairs of laser guns on the wings, an underside mounted double heavy laser turret and engines that could be vectored for optimum maneuverability. Katarn and Ors eventually replace the Crow with the similar-looking Raven's Claw, which had a pair of much larger engines. The Crow, I think, is one of the coolest looking SW ships and I plan to do a few more of my favorite ones when I have time.
