Vojni muzej u Beogradu nalazi se u okviru Beogradske tvrđave. Zgrada je podignuta 1924. godine za namene Vojnogeografskog instituta po projektu ruskog arhitekte, emigranta Nikolaja Vasiljeviča Vasiljeva. On je objekat u stilu romantizma, koji izgledom oponaša srednjovekovne zamkove, vešto uklopio u reljef Beogradske tvrđave i kalemegdanskog parka ispred nje. Muzej sadrži bogatu zbirku nažalost bogate srpske ratne istorije i svakako je valja pogledati.
The Military (War) Museum in Belgrade is located within the historical Belgrade fortress. The building was erected in 1924. for the purpose of the Military geographic institute HQ, by the project of the Russian emigrate architect Nikolai Vasilyevich Vasilyev. The romanticism-styled edifice that resembles the medieval castles was elegantly fit into the historical milieu and landscape of the Belgrade fortress and the Kalemegdan park in front of it. The museum holds rich exhibition of unfortunately rich Serbian war history and is certainly worth seeing!
