This is an amazing crossbow! It can be shot up to 30 shots a minute with enough force to pierce chain mail cleanly and knight armor enough to be life-threatening. It has a draw-back weight of around 150lbs-250lbs. The transparent cover is actually wood but clear so you can easily see the inside. It is loaded by just turning the crank once, aim, and pull the trigger. It is made by only using the technologies available to medival times but it is way better than medival crossbows. The hook is not needed to be put on and off because the hook gets fired with the string and the chain/rod holding the hooks goes with it but the wheel and crank does not. The trigger system is in the wheel. If you look closely (left side), there is something that makes a part of the wheel pull inward, making the chain/rod disattach the wheel. When the trigger is pulled, it activates the trigger system. It has a magazine load with bolts.
